Development Officer

CCDT are recruiting for a part-time Development Officer to help take forward our emerging projects.

The Development Officer is responsible for managing and progressing projects as agreed by the CCDT Board and will respond to nominated Board Directors taking the Lead for each project. The Development Officer reports to the Operations Manager for time allocation and prioritisation.

Current projects include Callander Connect, our EBike Share Scheme, redevelopment of Station Road car park, feasibility project of conversion of Callander Old Primary School into a community, arts, education and training centre, among others.

The role is:

  • For a 12-month period. Our current Development Officer is moving into the role of Operations Manager, providing 12-month Adoption Cover. This is who you would report to.

  • A minimum of 15 hours (2 days) per week, worked flexibly. There may be scope to increase this depending on the needs of our projects. We will discuss this with you.

  • On a self-employed basis.

  • Paid at £37,500 per annum FTE (pro rata).
