Operations Manager - Adoption Cover

CCDT are recruiting for a full-time Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager is the first point of contact for CCDT, they will provide administrative and operational support to all CCDT project teams and manage and run Callander Connect. The Operations Manager will also assist with managing the governance, finances and assets of CCDT. The Operations Manager will line manage the Development Officer and Communications & Events Officer.

Current projects include Callander Connect, our EBike Share Scheme, redevelopment of Station Road car park, feasibility project of converting Callander Old Primary School into a community, arts, education and training centre, among others.

The role is:

• For a 12-month period. Our current Operations Manager is on adoption leave and this is to provide cover.

• This is a full time role of 37.5 hours per week

• Salary is in the region of £36,000 to £39,000 per annum.
